John BanasChief Executive John brings to ComplianceManagerTM an extensive track record in executive management, legal and regulatory compliance. Previously, John was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Rural/Metro Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company and the largest U.S. provider of both ambulance and fire protection services. Serving also as the President of Rural/Metro's corporate headquarters' subsidiary, John had responsibility for all centralized corporate functions, including the design and implementation of the company's corporate governance, risk management and compliance programs. Prior to Rural/Metro, John held executive positions at public companies, with national and global markets, in the semiconductor, manufacturing and service industries. As an attorney with the law firms of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and Thelen, Reid, Brown, Raysman & Steiner, John represented numerous companies at various stages of their corporate growth. A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and Tufts University, John worked in government and the private sector prior to commencing his legal career. Christina CrawfordClient Management Ms. Crawford has been leading client management for the company since September 2006. Drawing on her experience as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Ms. Crawford has been a substantial contributor to the automated documentation, testing and remediation design features of ComplianceManagerTM. From 2001 to 2006, Ms. Crawford held various positions within Kaiser Permanente Health Plan & Hospitals, including Area Financial Officer for the Santa Clara region. During the years leading up to the passage of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Ms. Crawford worked closely with clients, such as Cost Plus World Markets and Club Corp, to document, assess and implement internal controls as well as administer the installation of financial software systems, such as Oracle Financial Application. From 1982 to 1995, Ms. Crawford held senior financial positions with Great Earth Vitamins and Club Corp. Ms. Crawford is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the CSCPA. Ms. Crawford earned her graduate in accounting from Georgia State University and the University of Texas, Dallas. Ms. Crawford earned a bachelor of arts in experimental psychology at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. Bruce OlcottSales & Marketing Bruce joined ComplianceManagerTM in February 2008 to lead sales and marketing after spending three years with Merrill Corporation as Senior Vice President of the Western Region. Prior to joining Merrill, Bruce spent ten years with RR Donnelley in positions ranging from corporate Marketing & Strategy in New York to regional Sales and Operations management in the West, Midwest and South. Before entering the financial services field Bruce practiced law with Brown and Wood in their San Francisco office and with several environmental non-profit organizations in San Francisco and New York. Bruce received a BS in Management and Psychology from Averett University in Danville, VA and a JD from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. He makes his home Larkspur, CA with his wife Laura and their 4-year old son MacCallum. Kenneth RussellTechnology Development
Kenneth is the chief technical architect of ComplianceManagerTM and is responsible for ongoing development, enhancement and maintenance of the product, as well as, researching the latest features and functions available for web-based technology. Kenneth's expertise spans the full life cycle development of custom enterprise applications in multiple development frameworks. Prior to joining ComplianceManagerTM, Kenneth was Team Lead and Technical Architect in a boutique software company specialized in enterprise stand-alone and web applications designed to assist global professional and financial firms. Kenneth was Lead Senior Consultant at Sungard where he led the design, development and implementation of several management systems and processing sites for Fortune 500 companies. Kenneth began his career at Micrografx (NASDAQ-listed, acquired by Corel in 2001), where he was responsible for the full life cycle development of many custom software solutions based on the EPM product line.
